Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection Hotel

Staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome. Great location for exploring the city. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Exceeded expectations. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at this hotel right by the Harbour bridge, which made for breathtaking views. The Gantry restaurant, with its 5-star rating, did not disappoint and provided delicious meals. We loved how the hotel was in a quiet area of the city, giving us a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with quality linen on the comfy bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The sofa bed being pulled out and made up took up precious space in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with fine views of the harbor bridge and easy access to walk along the foreshore to the Opera House. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The staff were friendly and cute, providing great customer service. We were greeted with champagne on arrival and even received a complimentary bottle of wine for a special occasion. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

the exclusive amenities and private facilities provided us with a top, notch experience. the room advantages were impressive, with a stunning view and a comfortable bed. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area had an exquisite selection of drinks. the service was impeccable, the staff were warm and attentive, fulfilling all our needs.

There was a minor issue with the Wi, Fi connection which was a bit slow. this was quickly resolved by the efficient staff when we brought it to their attention.

The room and view were fantastic, with a beautiful water view that added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city. The staff were cute and made us feel like family, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The food at the hotel's restaurant was perfect, and we highly recommend dining there for a nice experience.

The room was on the small side and didn't have enough space to comfortably open a big suitcase.

During my recent stay at Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection, I had a small issue with the room, but the staff were really good too rectify it. The staff member named Veroom provided really good service, listening to our concerns and even offering us breakfast and parking as a gesture of goodwill. He even took the time to write a heartfelt apology and leave it on our desk in the room. Despite the initial hiccup, the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable once we settled in. I was impressed by the efforts made by Veroom and the comfort of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the waterfront front room with enjoyable views of water traffic passing by day and night. Well-appointed and spacious room. Excellent location for short walks to food and drinks. Recommend dining at The Squires Landing for great views.
